Training Options for ALL Sports

2) Small Group Local Speed Training (2-5 Athletes)
3) Fully Online Training (see button up top)
Each local training session consists of 60-75 minutes of individualized speed training located at the Regina Sports Performance Centre (1464 Broadway Ave, Regina, SK)
If your preference is group training, you can sign up alongside other friends and teammates, or we can add you to an existing group.

We take the guesswork out of progress. With regular assessments, we provide detailed "report cards" that highlight your athlete's measurable improvements and what they're doing exceptionally well. It's clear, objective feedback to fuel their next level of performance.
